The Steamship Company has contacted Radio Scilly with details of a vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant, based on St Mary’s

Hours: 8am – 5pm, five days per week on a roster basis.

Principle Responsibilities

Ensuring customer service levels are met and maintained

Making reservations for Scillonian III and Skybus passengers

Dealing with general customer enquiries over the telephone, via email and face-to-faceProcessing, updating, creating and maintaining computer and manual records

Attributes: Applicants must have great customer service skills, be computer literate, numerate, articulate and of smart appearance. Training will be provided

Salary: £15,308 per annum
