Children’s Hospice South West Event Raises £700 In Scilly

the farm deli 2Friday night’s ‘Little Taste Of St Mary’s’ fundraiser at the Farm Deli in Hugh Town was a massive success. And organiser Helen Glenn wants to thank the locals who helped to make it happen.

Helen says: “We had such a fun evening enjoying wonderful local wine and food and have raised in excess of £700 which will be boosted even more by match funding from Barclays Bank.

“Thank you so much to all our fantastic local businesses who donated to the event, including Holy Vale Winery, The Farm Deli, Peninnis Farm, Tanglewood Kitchen, Louise Graham, Aimee Christopher, Phill Deason, Salakee Farm, Ales of Scilly, Parting Carn Farm, Island Fish, the Foredeck, Abi’s Kitchen, Becky Lock, Isles of Scilly Handmade Fudge, Carn Friars Farm Shop and The Dairy. A massive thank you to Robert Francis, Euan Rodger, Ben, Bec and Sophie who made sure we all had a superb evening.”
