They are recruiting a Customer Services Assistant.
Ensuring customer service levels are met and maintained
Making reservations for Scillonian and Skybus passengers
Dealing with general customer enquires
Includes enquires over the telephone, via email, and face-to-face
Processing, updating, creating and maintaining computer and manual records.
28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
Closing date – 31st July 2015
Interview date – week commencing 3rd August 2015
Start date – August 2015
Permanent full time position
General hours are 8am to 5pm, five days per week on a roster basis
Applicants must have good customer service skills, be computer literate, numerate, articulate and of smart appearance. Training will be provided.
£15,300 per annum
