Seasonal Receptionist Required At St Mary’s Quay

St Mary’s Harbour and Pilotage Authority are looking to recruit a part time Receptionist/Clerical

Assistant to join our small, busy team. With a significant program of improvement and refurbishment,

as well as an expected record number of visiting cruise vessels, 2015 is set to be our most eventful

year yet.

The right candidate will be required to manage our front desk and will act as the first point of contact

for customers and tourists alike. Taking payments and offering advice, the post holder will also be

required to undertake various clerical and banking duties as time allows.

Normal hours of work will be 25 hours per week but in understanding of other commitments we

remain open to a flexible work pattern.
