Telegraph Tower Open This Christmas

You have an unique chance to take in the view from the top of the Coastguard Tower at Telegraph. Peter Laverock has contacted Radio Scilly to say that he is holding open days on the 26th and 27th Dec, 11am to 4.30pm. Admission is by a minimum donation on £1 to the Wildlife Trust.

Buzza Bus Arrangements For Christmas

David Maybrey says that the Buzza Bus will not operate on Christmas Eve afternoon. Instead, the Dial-A-Ride service will be available between 9am and 1pm on the 24th. It will start up again on Saturday 27th.

Some Residents Face Temporary Water Disruption In New Year

St Mary’s residents who live between Buzza Hill and Old Town may lose their water supply for a short time on the 5th and 6th of January. The Council says that they will write to all property owners who are likely to face disruption to their supply, due to the water works.
