atlantic slipway storm drainThe storm drain outfall at the Atlantic slipway suffered damage during the severe weather this winter and will need to be repaired.

The pipe acts as an overflow for the drains along Hugh Street.

At the time, former Chief Technical Officer Neville Gardner told councillors that this would include replacing the Atlantic storm drain.

A spokesperson for the Council says the pipework will be repaired “in due course.”
