It’s never sailed on a bank holiday at any time of year so what’s the difference?

    Well said Mr Manning,
One can only assume the ISSco is continuing its tradition of poor customer service due to lack of competition and the lack of management ability to plan work with the least amount of impact on the customer, ie: us.

The tourism industry on the islands has recently been advised to up it’s game and provide a high standard of service to try to maintain visitor numbers. This will not be helped in any way by this state of affairs, when we will have a large number of visitors and they will be unable to purchase the chilled or frozen goods that they will require. The week after Easter week will see a dip in visitor numbers so why not do the maintenance then?
