Construction Firm Spreads Christmas Cheer

The construction company working on the Porthcressa regeneration project is donating five Christmas trees to the islands’ community.

Kier has arranged for the trees to be sent to the airport, Mundesley House, Park House the tourist information centre and the library.

Mary Jane Allen of Kier said it was a goodwill gesture and they’ve tried to encourage all of their contractors working on the scheme to offer something for the community this Christmas.

An electrical firm will help provide some Christmas lights and a subcontractor has offered to fill a hamper, which will be shared out between Park House residents.
