Solar Schemes Planned For St Agnes

St Agnes residents are showing interest in harnessing solar energy.

Council planners have approved photovoltaic panels at ground level in the garden of Seagull Cottage.

A 16-panel PV system will also be allowed on the roof of Tamarisk farm, a listed building.

Officers have still got to make a decision on both solar thermal and PV cells on the south side of Avenue House and they’re considering an application for 16 panels on the campsite building at Troytown.
