Improvements At Porthloo Boat Park

Soil excavated from school build will be used to level Porthloo boat park

Soil leftover from excavations for the new school build will be used to improve the surface of the Porthloo boat park.

The Duchy’s harbour team has salvaged rock and earth which is currently piled up at the side of the beach ready for the work.

Harbourmaster Dale Clark says the levelling will be completed over the next few weeks and the mounds of spoil, which have brought some criticism, will disappear soon.
